Privacy Policy

How Move On 24/7 collects, uses, and protects personal information — for Customers, Riders, and website visitors.

Last updated: 15 October 2026. This policy is written in line with the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality. It explains how the Move On 24/7 website and the Move On 24/7 app (for Customers and Riders) handle personal information, including Live Support conversations that may be handled by our AI assistant.

1. Who we are

Move On 24/7 is a delivery platform operated by Treebeaver Courier Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), based in Pampanga, Philippines. When this policy says “Move On 24/7,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Treebeaver Courier Services as the operator of the website and app. For privacy matters, contact privacy@moveon24-7express.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the website (moveon24-7express.com) and the Move On 24/7 Android app, which is one app used by Customers (who book deliveries) and Riders (independent Courier Partners who complete them). It explains what we collect, why, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

3. Information we collect

From everyone who creates an account:

  • Account information — your name, email address, mobile number and password (passwords are stored only as a one-way hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
  • Profile photo, if you add one.
  • Device and app information — app version, device model, Android version, and the push-notification token needed to send you order updates.
  • Crash and diagnostic information — when the app crashes or an error occurs, technical details (error message, app version, device model, network type) are sent to our own servers so we can find and fix problems. This is never used for advertising.
  • Communications — in-app chats between Customers and Riders about an order, Live Support chats and tickets (including any photos you attach), and ratings and reports you submit.

From Customers:

  • Delivery details — pickup and drop-off addresses and map pins, the names and mobile numbers of the pickup and drop-off contacts you enter, item description, package photos, notes, and add-ons you choose.
  • Location — your device’s precise location, only if you allow it, to help set your pickup point. You can always type an address instead.
  • Payments and Move On Credit — fares, tips, coupons, payment method (for example cash), your Move On Credit balance and its transaction history, and payment proof images you upload for a top-up.

From Riders (Courier Partners) and rider applicants:

  • Application and verification information — full name, mobile number, email, address, a government-issued ID and its number, driver’s license and its number, a Police or NBI clearance, a live selfie and a 1x1 photo, vehicle details and plate number, OR/CR and vehicle photos, your optional Facebook profile link, your previous delivery experience and, if you have such experience, a screenshot of your profile on your previous delivery platform. Government IDs, license and clearance details are sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act; we collect them only with your specific consent given in the application.
  • Location while online — your precise location while you are online for jobs and while you are completing a delivery, so we can offer you nearby orders and show the Customer live tracking. Location sharing stops when you go offline; the app shows a notification while it is active.
  • Delivery records — accepted and completed deliveries, pickup and drop-off proof photos, ratings and reports.
  • Earnings, subscription and cash-out information — delivery earnings and tips, your Move On Credit balance and history, your monthly subscription and security-deposit payments, and the e-wallet or bank account (name and number) you save for cash-outs.

We do not collect your contacts, call logs, SMS messages, or background location when you are offline, and we do not use advertising IDs or advertising trackers. This website does not use advertising cookies.

4. How we use information

We use information only for purposes tied to the service: to create and secure accounts; to calculate fares and match, process, and track deliveries; to verify Rider applications and keep Customers safe; to run Move On Credit, Rider subscriptions, deposits, earnings and cash-outs, and to keep accurate financial and tax records; to send order updates and service notifications; to provide support; to prevent fraud, duplicate or banned accounts, and abuse; to find and fix technical problems; and to comply with the law. If you agree to receive promotional notifications, we may send you offers; you can turn these off at any time in the app.

AI-assisted support

When you use Live Chat, an AI assistant may read the messages you send and the details of your own account that are needed to answer you (for example, your active orders, Move On Credit balance, subscription, or earnings). The assistant can only see information from the account that is signed in; it cannot change your account, money, subscription, or orders; and a human support teammate takes over whenever needed. Support conversations are kept as support records.

To generate replies, your message is processed by our AI service provider (opencode.ai). According to our provider’s published policy, requests are not stored and are not used to train AI models. This processing takes place on the provider’s infrastructure in the United States.

5. Legal basis and the Data Privacy Act

We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. We process information because it is needed to provide the service you asked for (our contract with you), to meet legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records), for our legitimate interests in keeping the platform safe and working, and, for Rider applicants’ sensitive personal information, on the basis of your specific consent. We collect only what is needed for each purpose.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where necessary to run the platform:

  • Between Customers and Riders — only what is needed to complete an active delivery: the pickup and drop-off details and contact names and numbers, and the Rider’s name, photo, vehicle, plate number and live location during the delivery.
  • With service providers who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — server hosting, email delivery, push notifications (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging), maps and address lookup, the AI support provider described above, and, when online payments are introduced, the licensed payment processor that handles them.
  • Where required by law — to government agencies or courts when legally required, for example to comply with a lawful order or with tax regulations.

Rider verification documents are seen only by authorized Move On reviewers using protected accounts with two-step verification, and every document view is logged.

7. Where information is stored

Information is stored on secure servers operated for us by our hosting provider, whose data centers are located in the European Union. Access is limited to what each role needs (for example, a Rider does not see a Customer’s address history beyond what an active delivery requires). Files such as IDs and photos are kept in private storage and are shown only through short-lived secure links.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized. When you delete your account, access ends immediately and the account is permanently processed after 30 days. Some records — such as delivery, payment, Move On Credit, subscription and deposit records, tax and accounting records, safety reports, and support records — are retained for the period required by law (including Philippine tax and accounting rules) or needed to resolve disputes. See Delete Your Account for details.

9. Security

We protect information using technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls enforced on our servers, least-privilege rules, two-step verification for administrator accounts, audit logs, and encrypted backups. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to respond promptly if a problem occurs, including notifying you and the National Privacy Commission where the law requires.

10. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to object to processing, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion or blocking where applicable, to data portability, and to claim damages. You may withdraw consent you have given at any time, without affecting processing already done lawfully. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@moveon24-7express.com; you can also delete your account directly in the app (see Delete Your Account). We will respond within the period required by law. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

11. Contact for privacy matters

For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@moveon24-7express.com. If we appoint a Data Protection Officer, their contact details will be published here.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform changes. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
