Your documents are used only to verify you and keep customers safe, and are protected under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). See our Privacy Policy.

How to apply
From download to first delivery
- Get the appInstall Move On (coming to Google Play at launch), open it and choose Courier Partner.
- Apply in 8 stepsPersonal info, ID, license, selfie, vehicle, photos, OR/CR, then read and accept the agreement.
- We reviewOur team checks your documents. You can see your status in the app at any time.
- Subscribe and rideOnce approved, your login details arrive by email. Activate your PHP 100 monthly plan in the app, go online and accept your first job.
One application per email. If we need you to fix something, the app tells you exactly what, and you can resubmit once. The app isn’t on Google Play yet; email moveonsupport@moveon24-7express.com with the subject “Rider interest” and we’ll tell you when it is.

Before you apply
How do I become a Move On rider?
Install the Move On app, choose Courier Partner, then Start Application. The form has 8 steps; have your documents ready before you start. See Ride with us for the full list.
How much does Move On take from each delivery?
Nothing. Move On riders keep 100% of every delivery fare and 100% of every tip. There is no commission per order. Instead, riders pay a small subscription to start accepting and receiving orders.
How does the rider subscription work?
The Monthly plan is PHP 100 per month. While your plan is active you can receive and accept as many orders as you want, and you keep 100% of the fares and tips.
Your first payment also includes a one-time PHP 200 security deposit. It is refundable when you request deletion of your rider account, after any outstanding balance is settled.
Plans do not renew automatically, so you are never charged without confirming. Renew any time from the app; the new month starts when your current one ends, so you never lose days. If your plan ends during a delivery, you can still finish every order you already accepted.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The amount shown in the app when you confirm is the amount you pay.
Can I apply twice?
No. Each email address can have one application. After you apply, the app shows your application status instead of a new form. If our team asks you to correct something, you can resubmit once.

Can I ride a car, tricycle or bicycle?
Right now Move On runs motorcycle deliveries only. Other vehicle types are planned but not yet open.
