Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you use this website and, in the future, the Move On 24/7 platform.

Last updated: 22 September 2026 · Status: Move On 24/7 is pre-launch. These terms describe how the platform is intended to work and will be finalized and reviewed before service begins.

This document is a structured draft prepared for review by the company’s legal adviser before launch. It reflects the service as currently planned and will be updated to match the final product.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Move On 24/7 website at moveon24-7express.com and, once available, the Move On 24/7 mobile applications and related services (together, the “Platform”). By using the website or Platform you agree to these Terms.

Move On 24/7 is a Filipino-founded startup. The Platform is currently being prepared for launch and will initially operate in Pampanga, Philippines.

2. Website use

The website is provided to share information about Move On 24/7 and our launch. You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with it, or use automated means to scrape or overload it.

3. Account use

When accounts become available through the app, you will be asked to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Account creation will be subject to the rules in the app and these Terms.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, ensure items are lawful and properly packaged, be present or arrange a safe handover, and pay the agreed fare. Customers must not book prohibited items or use the service in a way that endangers Riders or others.

5. Rider responsibilities

Riders are independent users of the Platform, not employees. Riders are expected to follow traffic laws, ride safely, respect customers and their property, complete accepted deliveries responsibly, and follow the Platform’s rules and community guidelines. Riders are responsible for their own vehicles, licenses, insurance, and compliance with applicable law.

6. Delivery services

The Platform is planned to offer services such as Regular Delivery, Priority Delivery, and motorcycle delivery. Details of each service, including fares, timing, and any item restrictions, will be shown in the app and may be updated from time to time. Services will launch in Pampanga and expand over time.

7. Orders

When the Platform is live, an order is formed when a customer books a delivery and a Rider accepts it, in accordance with the flow shown in the app. Move On 24/7’s role is to connect customers and Riders through technology; the actual delivery is performed by the Rider.

8. Payments

Fares and payment methods will be displayed in the app at the time of booking. Payment handling details, including any wallet features and available methods, will be explained in the app and may be updated from time to time.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rules and any refund eligibility will be described in the app. Where an order is cancelled by a customer, Rider, or Move On 24/7, the outcome will follow the authoritative order state recorded by the Platform.

10. Promotions

Any promotions, vouchers, or discounts will be subject to their own terms, which will be made clear at the time they are offered.

11. Prohibited items and activities

You may not use the Platform to transport or request the transport of unlawful, dangerous, or prohibited items, or to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. A detailed list of prohibited items will be published before launch.

12. Platform limitations

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move On 24/7 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from third-party services, network conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Intellectual property

The Move On 24/7 name, logo, brand, website content, and app design are the intellectual property of Move On 24/7 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission.

14. Third-party services

The Platform may rely on third-party services such as maps, payment processors, and hosting providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and Move On 24/7 is not responsible for them beyond what the law requires.

15. Changes to services

Move On 24/7 is a young company. Our services, features, and these Terms may change as we learn and grow. We will update these Terms and post a revised version here when they change.

16. Disputes and contact

If you have a concern, please contact us first at moveonsupport@moveon24-7express.com so we can try to resolve it. For formal legal notices, the contact address is legal@moveon24-7express.com. This section will be completed with the governing law and dispute process applicable to the Philippines before launch.
